Polytek BV is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team in Beringen or Tienen. You will analyze client requirements and design pharmaceutical processes that are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulations.
Wat ga je doen
- Analyze stakeholder and client requirements and translate them into technical process solutions
- Participate in project kick-off meetings and ensure technical information is available
- Design and optimize industrial pharmaceutical processes for efficiency, safety, quality and compliance
- Translate project requirements and pharmaceutical regulations into practical process designs
- Safeguard cGMP principles throughout process design
- Consider cleanroom classification, containment, cleaning and pharmaceutical utilities
Wat je meebrengt
- Master's degree in (Bio)Chemical, Process, Pharmaceutical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8–10 years of relevant process engineering experience
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Experience in senior or lead engineering capacity
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and standards
- Familiar with qualification and validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ) and cleanroom classification according to ISO 14644-1
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with MS 365 and process simulation/calculation tools like FluidFlow
- Good command of English and Dutch; other languages are a plus
