Over de functie

EMW, Inc. is looking for a JISR Services Support Centre Chief Technician to join their team in Brunssum. This role involves providing Level 2 and service management support for incidents and service requests, as well as installing and maintaining SIGINT COINS components. The position requires an active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance and national COMINT indoctrination.

Wat ga je doen

  • Provide Level2 and Service Management Support for incidents, service requests, change requests, tasks, and information requests
  • Install, maintain, monitor, and support SIGINT COINS components, including support for operations, missions, and exercises
  • Respond to, document, categorize, and resolve assigned tickets according to internal processes
  • Escalate issues to Level3 support and assist in troubleshooting and debugging
  • Apply patches, install software updates, and coordinate outages
  • Participate in daily reporting, planning, on-call support, and flexible shifts

Wat je meebrengt

  • Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance and national COMINT indoctrination
  • Experience in computer science or information technology
  • Ability to analyze unusual maintenance complex problems
  • Advanced knowledge of data center architecture, hyperconverged infrastructure, cloud services, TCP/IP, encryption, switching/routing, and information assurance
  • Experience administering Microsoft Servers, including Active Directory, SCCM, PowerShell, and Exchange
  • Excellent spoken and written English and proficiency in office and reporting tools

Mooi meegenomen

  • Relevant IT Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation or Specialist)
  • CCNA or CCNP certification
  • Microsoft certification
  • Trellix practical skills
  • Detailed understanding of cybersecurity issues within NATO or national environment
  • Valid national driving license for car and light vehicles
