Over de functie

Fiducial is looking for a Forward Deployed System Integration Engineer to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will deploy autonomy solutions on various UAV platforms and travel to partner sites for on-site integration and testing. You will work in a hybrid environment with an international team of engineers and entrepreneurs.

  • Deploy autonomy solutions on diverse UAV platforms
  • Assemble, wire, debug, and prepare UAV hardware for field deployment
  • Travel to partner sites for on-site integration and testing
  • Integrate and test full-stack autonomy solutions on partner platforms
  • Provide feedback to product development team based on field tests
  • Improve interfaces between autonomy algorithms and flight controllers

Wat je meebrengt

  • Strong proficiency in terminal-based Linux environment and shell scripting
  • Solid understanding of UAV components and hands-on hardware experience
  • Experience with drone flight controllers like Ardupilot or Betaflight
  • Willingness to learn new concepts quickly

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
