Robin Radar, a Great Place to Work certified company based in The Hague, is looking for a Legal & Compliance Director to lead its legal and compliance functions. In this role, you will guide the company's international growth by managing complex contracts, trade compliance, and corporate governance.

Wat ga je doen

Lead legal strategy and contract negotiations for international sales, government tenders, and partner agreements
Oversee global trade and export compliance across EU, US (ITAR/EAR), and other regimes
Drive corporate governance frameworks and support ISO standards compliance
Manage risk and protect intellectual property, directing external counsel and litigation
Advise CFO, Management Team, and Board on negotiations and regulations
Direct and mentor legal and compliance teams

Wat je meebrengt

LL.M. degree in International, Commercial, or Corporate Law
10+ years of progressive legal and compliance leadership experience
Background in high-tech, aerospace, defense, dual-use technology, or complex B2B sectors
Proven expertise in structuring high-value international contracts and tender responses
Strong track record managing EU dual-use and US ITAR/EAR export control regimes
Solid knowledge of corporate legal operations, ISO standards, and health and safety frameworks
