Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to take charge on the floor in Dordrecht. You'll lead by example, guiding pickers and riders while ensuring productivity and safety during your shift. This role offers a chance to grow within a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Wat ga je doen

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders
• Take ownership of productivity and safety during shift
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Step up in Hub Manager's absence
• Ensure safety and compliance criteria are met
• Coach riders and pickers, assist with inventory and equipment checks

Wat je meebrengt

• Enjoy working with people
• Hands-on and love operations
• Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
