• Analyze operational data and monitor KPIs, planning, and customer expectations
• Identify discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborate to resolve them
• Support continuous process improvements by addressing operational deviations

Wat je meebrengt

• MBO working and thinking level with at least one year of relevant work experience, or HBO starter
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset
• Customer-focused, proactive, and strong communicator
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
