KRUSH Labs B.V. in Eindhoven is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networks. You will play a key role in maintaining IT systems and improving documentation and procedures.

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and connectivity
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to internal systems
  • Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation and procedures

Wat je meebrengt

  • Expertise in Windows Server and Linux environments
  • Expertise in cloud (Azure, AWS) or hybrid infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Docker)
  • Proficiency with logging and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Experience with version control systems like Git

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, RHCSA, or AWS Solutions Architect
