KRUSH Labs B.V. in Eindhoven is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networks. You will play a key role in maintaining IT systems and improving documentation and procedures.

What you will do

Manage and resolve IT support tickets for hardware, software, and network issues
Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and connectivity
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to internal systems
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks
Maintain and improve IT documentation and procedures

What you bring

Expertise in Windows Server and Linux environments
Expertise in cloud (Azure, AWS) or hybrid infrastructure
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Docker)
Proficiency with logging and monitoring tools
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Experience with version control systems like Git

Nice to have

Experience with ENTRA, Intune or similar systems
Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, RHCSA, or AWS Solutions Architect
