NTS in Eindhoven is looking for an Operations Planner to turn customer orders and forecasts into a feasible production schedule. In this role, you will manage orders from entry to delivery and act as the key contact for customers, while coordinating with production and other teams. You will work in a small team and contribute to improving planning processes.

Translate customer orders, forecasts, and requests into a feasible production schedule
Plan and monitor machine capacity and material requirements, short and long term
Manage orders from entry to delivery
Act as customer contact for delivery times, changes, and rush requests
Coordinate with production, work preparation, procurement, and dispatch
Identify risks and bottlenecks and improve planning processes

Wat je meebrengt

Completed mbo+/hbo education in engineering, logistics, or technical business administration, or equivalent work experience
Experience as a planner in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills and ability to switch between customers, office, and shop floor
Forward-thinking, calm under pressure, and comfortable in a small team
Good command of Dutch in speech and writing

Experience in machining or a high mix, low volume environment
Knowledge of Navision
