NTS in Eindhoven is looking for a tactical buyer to strengthen its procurement team. In this role, you develop and implement local procurement strategies and manage supplier performance. You work in a technical, high-tech environment where precision and innovation are key.

Wat ga je doen

Develop and implement tactical procurement plans for local procurement packages
Segment and consolidate the local supply base, determine preferred and second-source strategies
Lead make-or-buy and sourcing issues with decision proposals
Draft and negotiate framework contracts, translate into processes and ERP
Manage supplier performance, initiate improvement projects, guide audits
Manage delivery reliability, cost development, and forecast alignment

Wat je meebrengt

HBO or WO level education in Supply Chain Management, Technical Business Administration, Logistics, or similar
Minimum 5 years experience in tactical procurement or supplier strategy in a technical or industrial environment
Experience with segment strategy, supplier positioning, and contract strategy
Experience with complex negotiations, framework contracts, and performance agreements in a multi-site or global procurement environment
Solid knowledge of ERP systems and procurement data for decision-making
Strong command of Dutch language in speech and writing
