KRUSH Labs B.V. is looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and manage a pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines.

What you will do

Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Manage and nurture a pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews and debriefs
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
Collaborate with sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts

What you bring

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, electronics, machinery, or similar environments
Experience recruiting for engineering and hands-on technical/manufacturing positions
Understanding of manufacturing job families and skills for plant-based roles
Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline-building capabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
