About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Alkmaar. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You will also perform operational tasks and coach team members.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach team members and oversee hygiene and equipment
• Onboard new riders and pickers

What you bring

• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Hands-on and enjoys operations work
• Remains calm in stressful situations and can motivate a team
• Enjoys working with people
