About the job
Flink is looking for a Senior People Partner to join their team in Amsterdam. You will advise operational management on people topics and develop plans to improve the employee experience. This role focuses on supporting hubs and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor regulations.
What you will do
- Advise and coach operational management on people topics
- Develop and execute people plans for hubs
- Collaborate with legal team on employee cases and labor matters
- Improve workforce support experience in the Netherlands
- Roll out policies and trainings across employee lifecycle
- Design initiatives to boost employee experience
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in similar People Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Dutch HR regulations and employment law
- Structured, detail-oriented work style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and professional English
