Shift Lead (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to support and guide their team of pickers and riders during shifts in Almelo. In this role, you ensure productivity and safety while also performing hands-on tasks like picking and packing. You act as a backup for the Hub Manager and help coach team members on the floor.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as backup for Hub Manager when absent
• Coach riders and pickers on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Hands-on and enjoys operations work
• Remains calm in stressful situations
• Able to motivate a team
