About the job

SD Worx Group is looking for a Feature Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of features and integrations. You will work in a hybrid role based in Almere, translating product direction into actionable scope and managing cross-team dependencies.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end outcome of features and integrations
  • Translate product direction and stakeholder input into scope and delivery approach
  • Drive decisions and manage cross-team dependencies
  • Ensure quality, readiness and documentation of solutions
  • Lead pilots and industrialization
  • Drive market and organizational readiness

What you bring

  • At least five years in product, feature or platform roles for customer-facing digital solutions
  • Experience delivering end-to-end outcomes across multiple teams or applications
  • Experience with integration, platform challenges, pilots and scaling
  • Understanding of acceptance criteria, testing, documentation and risk management
  • Ability to work across UX, functional and technical topics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in international matrix organization

Nice to have

  • Existing SD Worx Technology network or ability to build one quickly
  • Additional languages such as Dutch, French or German
