About the job

Horizon3ai is looking for a Senior Field & Partner Enablement Manager to lead the enablement strategy across EMEA. You will work with internal teams, partners, and alliances to drive sales and technical readiness.

What you will do

Build and own EMEA enablement strategy for internal teams, partners, and alliances
Deliver coordinated enablement for sales, technical, and partner audiences
Support new product and feature readiness for internal teams
Partner with regional leaders to improve sales motion consistency
Develop sales and technical enablement for partners
Create partner learning paths and accreditations

What you bring

7+ years in enablement or related GTM roles in B2B SaaS
Experience building and scaling enablement programs across multiple audiences
Strong experience in onboarding, curriculum design, and program management
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
Experience supporting field readiness for product launches or sales motions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software
Experience building partner or alliance enablement programs internationally
