Workwize is looking for a Senior Product Designer to partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in defining user problems. You will lead end-to-end feature discovery and design in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you will do

Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems
Facilitate UX research to identify design problems and opportunities
Lead end-to-end feature discovery and design
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
Work in cross-functional teams to create seamless workflows
Maintain and evolve the design system

What you bring

7+ years of experience as a Product Designer in fast-paced SaaS companies
Deep understanding of building scalable, accessible design solutions
Experience in collaborative lean/agile environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Figma and building design systems
Ability to articulate design rationale considering technical feasibility and business goals
