About the job

Workwize is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead feature work and coach engineering talent. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam or available remotely within the UK or Netherlands.

What you will do

Lead feature work end to end: shape scope, make architectural calls, decide what to cut, and evaluate results
Use AI agents and tooling as default building method and upskill the team
Coach engineers at all levels through pairing, review, and direct feedback
Proactively change team processes without waiting for permission
Partner with Engineering Manager and Product Manager on roadmap and strategy
Connect shipped work to company goals with measurable impact

What you bring

8+ years building software at product companies
Currently a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, Tech Lead, or similar
Deep technical and architecture foundation
Uses AI and agents as default way of working
Has coached peers, not only juniors
Strong communicator who gives and seeks feedback

Nice to have

Experience at a fast-growing SaaS or B2B product company
Experience with evals, inference cost, or model failure modes in production
Experience as technical counterpart for a PM or EM on a roadmap
