About the job

Nivoda is seeking a Head of Operations for its EMEA hub in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own logistics and fulfilment performance, manage carrier relationships, and build scalable workflows. You will lead a team and act as the primary interface between EMEA fulfilment and other departments.

Own EMEA hub logistics and fulfilment performance
Manage carrier relationships across the region
Build and scale new workflows
Drive continuous improvement
Lead and develop the team
Act as primary interface between EMEA fulfilment and other teams

What you bring

12+ years in operations, fulfillment, or logistics office management
10+ years experience managing or leading teams
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL
Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Experience using AI tools in daily workflow
Clear communicator and organized leader

Nice to have

Experience in diamond, gemstone, or luxury goods industry
Familiarity with 3PL providers
