Join Wakuli as a barista in the heart of Amsterdam Center, where you'll craft specialty coffees and connect customers with high-quality beans. This role offers a steep learning curve in a dynamic, impact-driven environment.

What you will do

Craft specialty coffees and drinks
Advise customers on coffee beans and pods
Maintain coffee equipment
Ensure service readiness and hygiene standards
Open and close the coffee bar independently
Train new colleagues as needed

What you bring

1+ years in customer service, restaurant, or retail
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Minimum 16 hours per week availability
Available at least one weekday and one weekend day
Willingness to learn about specialty coffee

Nice to have

Some Dutch language skills
