Zoku is a hospitality brand in Amsterdam offering a unique blend of hotel, workspace, and social hub. As a Meeting & Events Operations Intern, you will support the team in coordinating corporate gatherings and ensuring seamless event execution.

What you will do

Coordinate and operate all meeting and event activities
Manage food and beverage orders with kitchen and sidekick teams
Support the Meeting & Events Lead in organizing corporate gatherings
Welcome event hosts and ensure event details are correct
Serve as barista and bartender during events
Analyze event feedback to improve offerings and processes

What you bring

Student at a hospitality university needing a mandatory operational/administrative internship of at least 6 months
Fluent in English
EU resident or valid working and living permit for the Netherlands
Available to start in August 2026 with flexible working days and hours
Practical experience in hospitality

Nice to have

Other languages are a plus
