Lucid Motors is looking for a Body Repair Operations Manager to lead the European collision repair strategy from Amsterdam. You will build and manage a third-party body shop network while ensuring top performance and compliance. This role is central to delivering an exceptional ownership experience for premium electric vehicle customers.

Develop and execute the European collision repair strategy
Build and manage a third-party body shop network
Monitor network performance using KPIs
Collaborate with Parts & Supply Chain teams
Ensure compliance with SOPs and Authorized Body Shop standards
Tailor program software and manage tooling rollout

Wat je meebrengt

5–7 years of automotive experience with collision repair or vehicle painting expertise
Strong collaboration skills with individuals, teams, vendors, and partners
Experience with premium or electric vehicle brands
Proven track record in building and managing partner networks
Prior experience in matrix organizations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, valid driver's license, fluency in English
