Adyen is seeking a Head of Operations Analytics to lead and evolve a team of around 10 people in Amsterdam. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive business performance and shape data-driven decision-making.

What you will do

Lead and evolve an analytics team of around 10 people, including a Team Lead, Data Engineer, technical analysts, and business analysts
Partner with senior leaders as a trusted thought partner on business performance, risks, and opportunities
Own performance insight and business storytelling, ensuring high-quality analysis connecting operational data to outcomes
Define metrics and improve decision quality with robust KPI definitions and performance frameworks
Build scalable insight capabilities, improving operating model and partnering with data, operations, finance, and product

What you bring

5+ years of experience managing analytics teams in high-growth or transforming organizations
Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex data into business narratives
Strong commercial instincts to identify which metrics drive value
Fluency in SQL, data modelling, and modern BI tooling for technical dialogue
Intellectual rigor to challenge weak assumptions constructively
Experience leading teams through operating model shifts and raising performance standards

Nice to have

Prior experience managing or scaling other team leads
