Fastned is accelerating the transition to electric mobility by building and operating a leading network of fast-charging stations across Europe. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the commercial performance across the continent and drive the company toward its ambitious goal of €1 million revenue per station by 2030.

What you will do

• Own commercial performance across Europe
• Set strategic direction for Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs
• Create cross-functional alignment for commercial momentum
• Achieve €1 million revenue per station by 2030
• Build brand as leading choice for B2B and B2C customers
• Engage with customers, partners, investors, and public affairs stakeholders

What you bring

• Executive with track record of building and scaling commercial organisations across multiple European markets
• Experience in a listed scale-up or high-growth environment
• Proven ability to lead at top level, build winning propositions, and close major deals
• Genuine people leader who inspires and develops others
• Connects strategy to execution with clarity and accountability
• Comfortable in boardroom and market settings

Nice to have

• Background from outside EV or energy sectors
• Sharp commercial thinking from diverse industries
