Satispay is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its bank, based in Luxembourg with relocation support. This leadership role oversees financial control, regulatory compliance, and risk management for a fast-growing European fintech.
What you will do
- Prepare local statutory accounts and regulatory filings
- Oversee liquidity risk management and client fund protection
- Maintain capital benchmarks and monitor financial risks
- Act as primary financial representative to regulators and auditors
- Lead financial control, month-end reporting, and balance sheet integrity
- Manage finance operations including reconciliations and payables
What you bring
- At least 8 years of leadership in financial roles at a primary EU financial hub or Luxembourg-regulated institution
- Deep knowledge of CRR/CRD directives, CSSF requirements, Lux GAAP/IFRS, and safeguarding standards
- Must meet CSSF fit-and-proper criteria for authorized director or manager
- Proven track record in treasury, financial control, statutory reporting, audit, capital and liquidity management
- Complete fluency in English
