Satispay is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations and drive scalable growth. This role is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid working model and requires relocation to Luxembourg.
What you will do
- Direct daily operational activities to align with long-term objectives
- Identify bottlenecks, standardize workflows, implement scalable processes
- Align operations with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Compliance
- Define, track, and drive key operational KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Build resilient operational systems for rapid user acquisition and expansion
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams
What you bring
- Proven executive experience as COO, VP Ops, or similar in a fast-growing scale-up, tech, or fintech
- Demonstrated success in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes
- Strong ability to turn complex challenges into actionable frameworks using data
- Track record of building, scaling, and empowering high-performing operational teams
- Strong ownership mindset with hands-on problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
