What you will do

  • Execute recruitment strategy for specific hiring needs
  • Communicate with hiring managers to define desirable skills
  • Use creative sourcing techniques for niche roles
  • Manage job posts, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and offer stages
  • Analyze pipeline efficiency using metrics
  • Identify hiring process inefficiencies and propose solutions

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Proficient in sourcing, attracting, and hiring for various roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and other recruitment tools
