What you will do

Execute recruitment strategy for specific hiring needs
Communicate with hiring managers to define role skills
Use creative sourcing techniques for niche roles
Manage job posts, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and offer stages
Analyze pipeline efficiency using metrics
Identify and propose solutions for hiring process inefficiencies

What you bring

At least 3 years of end-to-end tech recruitment experience
Knowledge of various technology roles and their skill sets
Proficient in sourcing and hiring for tech roles like software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools
