About the job

B Lab is seeking a Communications & PR Manager to lead media relations and thought leadership efforts from its Amsterdam office. In this hybrid role, you will manage press inquiries, ghostwrite key materials, and oversee media monitoring tools.

What you will do

Oversee inbound media relations and respond to press inquiries
Run proactive pitching and maintain media lists
Ghostwrite op-eds, keynote speeches, and talking points
Chair the PR & Thought Leadership Working Group
Lead exploration and selection of media monitoring software
Manage press subscriptions, monitoring tools, and coverage trackers

What you bring

5+ years experience in media relations, PR, or press office roles
Track record of securing earned media coverage and managing press relationships
Experience with press office logistics: media list management, inbound triage, coordinating speaking requests
Experience with media monitoring and database tools like Meltwater or Cision
Experience evaluating and selecting vendor tools
Exceptional writing and editing skills, including ghostwriting op-eds and speeches
