About the job
B Lab is looking for an AI Workflow Lead to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work with various teams to identify AI opportunities and design scalable workflows. You'll drive AI adoption across the organization and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
What you will do
- Work with teams to understand processes and find AI opportunities
- Design and scale AI workflows from idea to implementation
- Identify AI opportunities in product surfaces
- Run a structured use-case pipeline for AI adoption
- Monitor AI usage across the organization
- Measure impact of AI workflows and report results
What you bring
- 4-6 years experience in data, product, operations, learning, or change
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading projects that changed team workflows
- Experience using generative AI tools in real workflows
- Experience with workflow automation and no-code tools
- Process mapping and documentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience with qualitative research methods
- Data analysis with spreadsheets or SQL and dashboard building
- Familiarity with data protection and AI regulation frameworks
- Basic scripting or building AI workflows with internal data
- Experience with global or mission-driven organizations
