What you will do
- Assess and process insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices
- Support customers throughout the claims journey with empathy and professionalism
- Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based claim decisions
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Complete policy administration activities and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and internal systems
