About the job

Fastned is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of 10 people and manage a BPO partner in Amsterdam. You will drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and performance while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer insights.

What you will do

Lead a team of 10 people
Manage BPO partner
Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and performance
Monitor service levels and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and share customer insights
Report to Head of Service Operations

What you bring

5+ years in customer operations, customer service, or operations management
Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams
Experience working with a BPO or external service provider
Experience with process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
Comfortable with performance and quality metrics like CSAT, response times, resolution rates
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Dutch or another European language
