About the job
Assent is looking for a Supplier Support Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will communicate with suppliers to gather compliance information and assist top-tier suppliers with their requests. You will collaborate with the Program Success team to support customer strategies.
What you will do
- Communicate with suppliers via email, chat, and calls to gather compliance information
- Assist top-tier suppliers with compliance requests and document quality
- Handle supplier emails and chats to troubleshoot compliance requests
- Engage unresponsive suppliers through multiple channels
- Provide language support for translations, webinars, and sales calls
- Collaborate with Program Success team on customer strategies
What you bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Solid time management and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications
- Self-starter with solutions-first attitude

- Proficiency in German
