About the job

Zoku, an international hospitality company known as one of the 25 coolest hotels in the world, is looking for an eCommerce Lead to drive direct bookings and optimize the customer journey. This role focuses on conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and digital merchandising across the website and booking engine.

What you will do

Own conversion rate optimization across website and booking engine
Build and run a continuous experimentation program
Grow direct bookings and shift share from OTAs
Improve customer journey by removing friction
Lead eCommerce campaigns and manage digital merchandising
Analyze performance and coordinate digital projects

What you bring

3-6 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, website management or conversion optimization
Experience running a structured experimentation or CRO program
Strong understanding of website performance and booking journeys
Experience with CMS platforms, booking engines, analytics tools and digital campaigns
Commercially minded and focused on direct revenue and measurable results
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Experience in hospitality, travel, serviced apartments or multi-location businesses
Experience with WordPress and PostHog
