About the job

Zoku is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of the maintenance plan for its hotel in Amsterdam. You will manage suppliers, troubleshoot technical systems, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What you will do

Own the maintenance plan for hotel rooms, public spaces, and back of house
Manage suppliers and contractors end-to-end
Troubleshoot common repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
Record and manage repairs in Building Management System
Conduct regular property inspections for hazards and compliance
Ensure compliance with fire life safety regulations and technical standards

What you bring

Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, preferably hospitality or building management
Proven technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, troubleshooting and repair
Experience in supplier management and contract administration
Fluent in English
EU resident or valid working permit for The Netherlands
Based in The Netherlands, no relocation possible

Nice to have

Dutch language is a plus
