About the job

Zoku, a hospitality company with locations in Amsterdam, is looking for a Reservations Manager to lead and develop a team of eight. In this role, you will oversee reservation processes and collaborate with other departments to ensure high service standards.

What you will do

Lead, coach and support a team of eight Reservations team members
Set clear communication standards across telephone, email and other guest communication channels
Monitor performance through clear KPIs, including response times, conversion, call handling, upselling and service quality
Ensure individual and group reservations are handled accurately, efficiently and consistently across all Zoku locations
Own the group reservations process and directly manage the Groups & Events Coordinator
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales, and improve processes, systems and knowledge

What you bring

At least three years of experience within Reservations, Customer Service or a comparable operational department, including team leadership responsibilities
Experience with reservation systems, a Property Management System, GDS platforms and OTAs
Understanding of the reservation journey for both individual and group bookings
Confident working with performance targets and operational KPIs
Fluent in English
EU resident or have a valid Dutch working permit

Nice to have

Dutch or another European language is a plus
