About the job

Celonis is seeking an Enterprise Architect Director to lead and grow a team of architects in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will guide enterprise modernization efforts and serve as a strategic bridge between Celonis and client teams.

What you will do

  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
  • Act as executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases
  • Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization
  • Serve as leadership bridge between Celonis and client teams
  • Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity of customer base
  • Direct development of reusable assets and thought leadership

What you bring

  • 20+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams
  • Strategic thinking connecting technical solutions to business value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, Agentic AI
  • Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations

Nice to have

  • Celonis Certifications and leadership experience with OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines
  • Industry certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, ESB/ETL, or TOGAF/Zachmann
  • Experience spanning at least two domains and two industries
