Celonis is seeking a Value Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help clients uncover operational improvements and map Celonis into their technology landscape. You'll support business value workshops and drive transformation programs.

What you will do

Assist in discovering and diagnosing operational improvement opportunities
Support mapping of Celonis into customer's tech stack
Build initial business cases and assist in business value workshops
Engage with project managers and middle management
Support change management and Center of Excellence enablement
Assist in executing transformation programs and tracking milestones

What you bring

2+ years of relevant working experience in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software
Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software (e.g., SAP)
Proficient in using AI tools for technical outputs
Comfortable working with ambiguity and proactive in finding innovative solutions
Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies
Experience managing project milestones and delivering clear presentations

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
Foundational understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Business/Economics with technical minor
