What you will do

Uncover organizational issues and own outcome from discovery to realized ROI
Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management
Steer global transformations and implement AI-driven account planning
Act as AI-fluent operator and champion platform adoption
Build strategic expansion roadmap and provide feedback to R&D

What you bring

5+ years in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
Solid background in enterprise IT and business software
Builder mentality with proactive solution hunting
Proven expertise in process improvements
Expert at orchestrating multi-region transformation programs
Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable degree

Nice to have

Dutch language
