About the job

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and cloud-native technologies, working closely with enterprise customers and account executives across the EMEA region.

What you will do

  • Design observability solutions with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
  • Translate enterprise customer requirements into Dash0 implementations
  • Develop and execute Proofs of Concept
  • Deliver technical demos and presentations to engineering and executive audiences
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives during the sales cycle
  • Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and telemetry data modeling

What you bring

  • Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing
  • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex observability concepts
  • Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and Proofs of Concept
  • Collaborative mindset to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Contributions to technical content such as blog posts, conference talks, or open-source documentation
  • Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
