ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within assigned enterprise accounts in the Amsterdam region. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships and expanding the adoption of CRM solutions.
What you will do
- Oversee development and growth of assigned enterprise accounts
- Develop sales strategy and regional sales plan for territory
- Build relationships with C-suite executives across CRM products
- Conduct initial executive discussions and positioning meetings
- Collaborate with solution consulting team for demonstrations
- Manage sales process and opportunity closure
What you bring
- Deep experience in solution sales, preferably CRM or customer engagement
- 8+ years of sales experience in complex software or platform solutions
- Understanding of CRM, CX, or CSM business processes
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and teams
- Fluency in English
