GRESB is an international purpose-driven organization offering a 6-month Finance Operations Internship in Amsterdam. You will support billing and invoicing operations, analyze invoice processing flows, and help implement AI-driven process improvements.
What you will do
- Support invoicing and billing operations
- Provide customer support by email
- Analyze invoice processing flows
- Implement AI-driven process improvement
- Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks
What you bring
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and structured processes
- Comfortable with Excel
- Good written communication skills
- Curious about process improvement, automation, digitalization, and AI in finance
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of financial systems, CRM tools, Power BI, or automation tools
- Additional languages
