About the job

Monumental is an early-stage robotics company building walls on construction sites. As a Forward Deployed Robotics Engineer, you will work hands-on with robots daily, solving hardware and software issues on-site.

What you will do

Build walls with robots on construction sites
Identify and solve site-specific issues end-to-end
Debug hardware and software failures on-site
Develop structural fixes for recurring problems
Document observations and propose new projects
Represent the company on construction sites

What you bring

At least 2 years of professional coding experience
Outcome-driven problem-solving mentality
Strong debugging and decomposition skills
Willingness to work on-site daily
Fluent in English
Comfortable with basic mathematics and geometric reasoning

Nice to have

Prior robotics experience
British passport
