Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Breakfast Cook to join their team in Nijmegen for a part-time role of three days per week. The position involves preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring a fresh and appealing buffet for guests. What you will do

  • Prepare and present breakfast dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Keep buffet and à la carte offerings fresh and appealing
  • Organize mise-en-place for efficient service
  • Monitor food quality and portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstation
  • Comply with HACCP and food safety procedures

What you bring

  • Previous experience as breakfast cook or similar role preferred
  • Passion for food and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, holidays
