Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to lead revenue and distribution strategies across multiple hotels in Utrecht. This role offers the chance to drive performance through pricing, segmentation, and forecasting while collaborating with hotel teams and senior stakeholders.

What you will do

Lead development and execution of revenue and distribution strategies
Oversee revenue performance across multiple hotels
Drive pricing, segmentation, and inventory optimization
Guide hotel teams in revenue management best practices
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Provide insights to senior stakeholders

What you bring

Extensive hotel revenue management experience, ideally multi-property or regional
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics or related field
Fluent in English
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking
Strong communication and influencing skills
High proficiency with revenue management systems and BI tools

Nice to have

Advanced revenue management education
Dutch language proficiency
