About the job
Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a cook to join their kitchen team in Almere. You will work on a 0-hour contract basis, preparing breakfast buffets and group meals while maintaining high hygiene standards.
What you will do
- Prepare and maintain breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes
- Prepare group lunch and dinner
- Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Order supplies daily from different suppliers
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth kitchen operations
What you bring
- Able to work independently in the kitchen
- Creative and warm personality
- Guest-oriented and representative
- Excellent English
Nice to have
- Dutch language
- Experience in hotel settings
