Flow Traders, a leading global liquidity provider, is offering a Graduate Trader role in Amsterdam. This position involves a comprehensive 3-month training program to develop your trading expertise. You will join an established desk, monitoring markets and making rapid decisions to drive profitability.

What you will do

Complete a 3-month training program covering core business, financial products, trading processes, pricing strategies, and proprietary systems
Participate in trading simulations and quantitative classes
Collaborate on a team project to conclude training
Join an established trading desk based on skills and interests
Monitor markets and make split-second decisions to contribute to desk profitability

What you bring

University degree, preferably in quantitative Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related
Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
Understanding of financial products
Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python, and interest in IT systems
Ability to deliver under pressure with strong mental arithmetic and analytical skills
Ability to spot opportunities and assertiveness to seize them
