This role leads the FP&A Global Excellence team within Kraft Heinz's Global Business Services (GBS) in Amsterdam. You will drive the strategy, design, and harmonization of FP&A processes worldwide, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

What you will do

Develop and execute FP&A strategy within GBS
Design and implement global FP&A processes and best practices
Drive harmonization in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Identify opportunities for FP&A migration into GBS model
Define and implement global FP&A policies and governance
Act as functional owner of FP&A tools and champion automation

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
10+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related area
Experience managing FP&A processes in GBS or shared services
Background in leading global process design initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Excel, FP&A systems, ERPs, and analytical tools

Nice to have

Master's degree or finance certification
Experience in multinational food or consumer goods company
Expertise in process automation, digital transformation, and lean methodologies
