Lucid Motors is seeking a Head of Fleet & Used Cars to lead its European operations. This role involves developing and executing fleet strategy across the region, managing the full vehicle lifecycle from deployment to remarketing, and building key partnerships.
What you will do
- Develop and execute European fleet strategy
- Lead used vehicle, CPO, and remarketing strategy
- Manage residual value performance and commercial KPIs
- Oversee vehicle lifecycle from deployment to remarketing
- Build strategic partnerships with leasing, rental, and remarketing partners
- Lead and develop the European Fleet & Used Cars team
What you bring
- 10+ years automotive experience with leadership in fleet, leasing, or used vehicles
- Experience developing fleet or used vehicle strategies across multiple European markets
- Knowledge of fleet/B2B channels, used vehicle operations, and residual value management
- Understanding of European automotive market dynamics, pricing, and financing
- Experience managing relationships with leasing, rental, and remarketing partners
- Fluent English
