About the job

Adyen is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and best practices. You will play a key part in shaping the platform roadmap and driving user adoption.

What you will do

  • Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards
  • Gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions with focus on user experience and market best practices
  • Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

What you bring

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication
  • Basic understanding of Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services and APIs
  • Strong background in identifying and gathering requirements, translating into scalable solutions with focus on user experience
  • Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcome

Nice to have

  • Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations
